Reviews and Ratings
My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. While the rooftop space was a delightful area to relax and offered great views, the overall impression was marred by the persistent timeshare pressure throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, but the experience was overshadowed by the discomfort of being pushed into a presentation that felt more like a scam than hospitality. If you can handle the sales pitch, the location and ambiance may still hold some appeal.
I had a wonderful stay at this resort, which is great for exploring San Diego. The friendliness of the staff added a personal touch to my experience, and the location was perfect for visiting local attractions. The rooftop area was a highlight for relaxation, although I found some aspects of the service lacking at times. Overall, the value for the price was decent, but I was surprised to find charges for Wi-Fi and valet parking.
The hotel has a lot going for it with its charming atmosphere, spacious rooms, and proximity to downtown and Balboa Park. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made my stay more enjoyable. However, I had a rough experience with the parking situation, which most definitely soured my overall impression. Additionally, the immediate surroundings were less appealing, as they were affected by homelessness.
I had an amazing experience at this hotel, especially due to the attentive service from the staff. The rooftop area is a highlight, offering stunning views and a great atmosphere for relaxation. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for my week-long stay. On the downside, I found the required wristband policy a bit childish and inconvenient. Overall, I felt it was a good value for the price, especially given the quality of my stay.
My stay at the resort was an enjoyable experience overall. It's conveniently located near downtown and Balboa Park, making sightseeing a breeze. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and the rooms were well-maintained and cozy. However, the lack of a view from my room was a downside, and if you're not driving, getting around might be a bit of a challenge, especially with the city's hills.
